GRADUATE SURVEYOR

Tighean Innse Gall is recruiting an enthusiastic Graduate Surveyor to join its Care and Repair Team, helping improve homes and supporting communities across the Outer Hebrides.

This is an opportunity to gain broad, hands-on experience in surveying, project management, procurement and housing improvement projects. The successful candidate will receive mentoring and structured professional development to support their progression towards Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) status.

The role offers a competitive salary (Salary Scale: EVH Salary Scale Grade 5 PA9-PA12 £31,371 – £34,913), island and car allowances, hybrid and flexible working, a SHAPS pension and 25 days’ annual leave plus 15 public holidays.
