From qualifications that will help students build on an already-established admin career, to short courses that offer instruction for general computer skills, Lews Castle College in Stornoway offers a variety of flexible options.
There are still spaces available on the following courses, which can be studied on a part-time or full-time basis, and range from National Certificate (NC) level to HNC/D. Some may also be available to study on a flexible distance-learning basis.

Location is no longer a barrier to learning more about the Gaelic-speaking Highlands and Islands of Scotland. From September 2018, UHI is offering international delivery of a selection of modules from the BA (Hons) Gaelic Scotland programme, for which Lews Castle College is the lead partner.
These include History modules on The Gaelic World, as well as Traditional Culture modules such as Gaelic Story and Song, Folklore, Traditional Culture, and Traditional Culture in the 21st Century.
