Hire-car fleet co-ordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for someone to join the business to manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles for our Vehicle Hire Business across the Outer Hebrides.

This post is open to experienced candidates or potential trainees, ideally with mechanical background.

Applicant must have great communication skills, is extremely well organised, computer literate and who is willing to learn and develop new skills.

  • Developing and maintains strategies for improved cost efficiencies.
  • Ensuring that a fleet of vehicles is operating in accordance with legislation and regulations
  • Managing strict vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules to minimise downtime
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of vehicle inspections and services
  • Monitoring fleet costs and ensuring that they remain within budget.
  • Working with a support team and Management team across the Outer Hebrides.

Salary and terms dependent on experience and skill set.
