Advocacy Western Isles is recruiting for a part time Administrator

(14 hours per week) - £19,110/annum (pro rata) + pension. 

Fixed term to 31st March 2022 (in the first instance)

Based in the Stornoway office and covering the whole of the Western Isles.

Driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential. 

Full training will be provided.

Advocacy aims to ensure people’s voices are heard, they are listened to, their rights are upheld, and they are involved in decisions made about them.

The main duties of the Administrator position will be to provide administrative support under the direction of the Senior Administrator, including reception duties, organisation of files, collation of information/data using spreadsheets, including the development of new spreadsheets and administrative support for Advocacy group work.

Excellent IT skills - knowledge and experience of Office 365 is essential

Working days/hours:

  • Wednesday: 14.00-18.00
  • Thursday: 09.00-13.00
  • Friday: 9.30-16.00
