VACANCY – CORPORATE RESOURCES OFFICER – 3 DAY PER WEEK (MATERNITY COVER)
SALARY £26,567 - £30,581 (Inclusive of Distance Islands Allowance) (Pro Rata) per annum
We require an Officer to work as part of our Corporate Resources Team in our Stornoway Office. Although the post is based in our Stornoway Office we are all currently working from home.
You will be responsible for the administration of a number of important organisational functions within the team – including Procurement and Tendering; Health & Safety and Risk Management; Insurance Claims; Printing and Mail Services and Office Facilities Management (including the supervision of the office cleaners).
You will have a responsible and ‘can do’ attitude, and an organised and planned approach to clerical work, with a keen eye for detail and a firm grasp of the importance of deadlines and of meeting the teams targets and goals.
You will also require good communication skills as you will be required to closely liaise with HHP staff and the Executive Team, and negotiate with external suppliers and agencies.
