As part of an ongoing managerial restructuring process, we are now looking for an experienced and reliable individual to be responsible for the day to day management of our electrical operations.

This complex but rewarding role will have the full support of our administration team to allow sufficient time to focus on quality control, people management, material procurement, project planning, and certification compliance.

A successful candidate should be familiar with:

  • 18th Edition BS7671 Wiring Regulations
  • Electrical Health & Safety requirements and implementation on sites
  • Daily discussions with electricians about work and on-site problems
  • Electrical site supervisory techniques and provision of snagging lists
  • IT systems via tablet, smart phone and PC (Microsoft Windows & Apple) 
  • Checking and filing electrical certificates in relevant folders, updating spreadsheets
  • Planning and programming of electrical work, using best practice and efficiency techniques
  • Ordering electrical materials and managing electrical stock
  • Calibrating electrical plant and keeping records up to date
  • Air Source heating and hot water systems, heating controls, Solar PV systems and EV Charging systems

Training will be provided on our niche systems of work to allow for a smooth settling-in period.

Salary negotiable.
