  • Coop
  • Tesco
  • Argos
  • Matalan
  • Costa Coffee
  • Starbucks
  • TK Maxx
  • Primark

Glasgow has the highest amount of homeless households in Scotland: 5,701 according to official figures for 2021-2022. This means that despite being home to 12 per cent of Scotland's total population, it has 20 per cent of Scotland's homeless population.

A member of the Glasgow City Mission Appeal said: "We do a lot for other locations, but our own people need support as well. You can see that in foodbanks that are starting up throughout the nation.

"A lot of islanders are in Glasgow.

"Last year we raised over £2000, but every little helps."
