A number of items of lost property have been handed in to Stornoway police station over the weekend, as the town centre becomes busier with shoppers and visitors.
Today (Sunday) a silver bracelet with aquamarine and blue detailed design was found on the wall by the North Beach taxi rank and was handed in to police.
Two bank cards were found and handed in on Thursday (17 June), one found at the YM bridge at Bayhead, and another in the castle grounds themselves.
On the same day a decorative Marks & Spencer scarf was found on Keith Street and given in to the police station.
And from earlier in the week, a black and blue Muddy Fox mountain bike in good condition was handed in as lost property to police.
Anyone who wishes to claim any of these items can call at Stornoway Police Station in person or call 101 and ask to be put through to Stornoway.
