Subdivision of a holiday unit

Planning permission is requested for the subdivision of a two-bedroom holiday home at Holiday Cottages, Claddach Vallay, Sollas.

The applicants, listed as David Soppitt and Mr J Rawson of the Old Post Office, Bankfoot, Perth, wish to convert the building into two single-bed holiday let units with a sauna, shed, associated access, parking, and drainage.

The application is an amendment of previously granted consent for two holiday homes.
