Visitor centre refurbishment
Urras Oighreachd Charlabhaigh has requested planning permission to refurbish the Doune Broch Visitors Centre.
The proposed refurbishment includes extending the footprint with the existing roof overhang, new external finishes to the refurbished area and a new glazed entrance.
It is also proposed to update the existing public toilets and provide four overnight campervan spaces within the car park, with electric hookups, water taps, and chemical waste disposal.
The application states that there would be a policy of early campervan departures to free up car parking space.
