Change of use

A proposal to change the use of an existing domestic annexe to provide short-term let accommodation and home working space has been submitted to the Comhairle.

The applicant is Mhairi Dobbie of Studio Oban Na Feidh 19A Locheport.
According to the application, the annexe is currently used as a home working space and additional flexible living space for the main dwelling.

Erect a house

Planning consent is being requested to erect a house and create an access on an 1130 square metre plot at 1A Tigharry.
The applicant, D Ashton, of 1 Tigharry, also seeks permission to site a caravan on-site while constructing the single-storey, two-bedroom house.
