The Tobar an Dualchais ~ Kist o Riches show tonight (Friday, March 24) in Cnoc Soilleir is being scrapped due to the latest ferry travel disruption.

Breaking the news last night, Scotland’s online cultural audio resource team said: “We will be unable to hold our event at Cnoc Soilleir…due to changes to the ferry service. We are very sorry about this and hope to reschedule the event sometime in April. We’ll update you with information about the new date once it is confirmed.”

They had planned to showcase a selection of their archive interview recordings of contributors from the south end of South Uist.
