The Lewis & Harris Rangers Supporters Club has donated £5,000 to a range of local charities.
The club explains: "After a very successful year, the committee of The Lewis & Harris Rangers Supporters Club decided to thank their members and the community for their continued support by making a financial donation to several local charities.
"On Saturday 11 February, Bethesda Hospice; The Andrew Macleod Memorial Fund (CRY); The Western Isles Kidney Patients Association; and the local branches of Macmillan Cancer Support & Enable Scotland each received a £1000 donation from the club.
"The committee recognised the fantastic work carried out by these charities and was keen to show appreciation for their work in our community."
