Erect a house

Planning permission is being sought to erect a house, shed and carport at 12 Howmore. The proposed works include installing a private drainage system and an air source heat pump.

The applicant, Seumas Pedrana, of Lodge Road, Inverness, proposes a single-storey, two-bedroom house, shed and carport at the rear of the property.

According to the application, a turning area for large vehicles, including a fire engine, will be provided adjacent to the proposed house. Other landscape works include a terrace and patios from the living space and master bedroom.

Replacement of ‘telegraph pole’

Mobile carrier EE Ltd. has submitted a permitted development notification regarding their plans to upgrade their existing telecommunications installation at the Ardmore Telephone Exchange, Eochar.

The proposed development replaces a 12.0m high Hutchison replica telegraph pole with a 12.5m high Hutchison phase 5 street works pole. Also included in the works are a GPS node, a cabinet and associated ancillary equipment.
