A series of free webinars linking the Highlands and Islands with northern Canada aims to help community organisations rally support around common visions.

The Social Enterprise Academy Arctic Connections webinars during March and April will bring together people active in community-led development.

They will be facilitated by Anne Martin, a well-known traditional Gaelic singer who has performed and tutored all over the world and runs Whitewave – Skye’s Outdoor Centre with her husband, John White.

The 90-minute webinars feature inspirational speakers sharing their experiences of bringing together diverse communities around a common vision.

The webinars are for learners who are members or employees of community anchor organisations and place-based social enterprises in and around the Highlands and Islands and northern Canada.
