Gin enthusiasts will gather in Stornoway soon to sample the wares from three island distilleries - and raise funds for Bethesda Hospice.

The gin-tasting event on Saturday, February 11, in the Caladh Inn will feature gins from Harris Distillery, North Uist Distillery and the Isle of Barra Distillery.

Ambassadors from each of the distilleries will showcase a total of six gins and explain a little about the distillery and its products.

A charcuterie board and live music from Willie Campbell and Jane Hepburn will round off the evening.

Tickets priced at £45 per person (cash only) are available from The Island Spirit Whisky Shop at 38 Cromwell Street.
