Erect a house

Planning consent is being sought to erect a house and detached garage at 18A Liniclate, Creagorry.

The applicant is Stephen MacPherson, of 18 Liniclate, who was granted planning permission in principle in December 2021.

This latest application is for full consent for the same plot but with a different access layout.

The proposal is to build a four-bedroom single-storey home on a 0.15-hectare site.
