The ten-bedroom Temple View Hotel in Carinish, North Uist, has gone on the market at an asking price of over £395,000.
The hotel, which takes its name from the ruins of the nearby 13th Century Trianaid ecclesiastical building, was originally built as a family home in the 1900s.
The present owners purchased the hotel in 2020 and upgraded the hotel’s facilities.
According to the vendors, ASG Commercial, the hotel has been increasingly successful to date.
However, they state the owners now wish to sell to relocate closer to their family.
