Erect holiday home

Planning consent is being sought for a timber frame holiday let building at Rhughasinish, Lochcarnan.

Applicants, Mr and Mrs R & M MacPhee of 16 Rhughasinish, are planning a two-bedroom chalet with new access and a private wastewater treatment system. The existing chalet on the site is to be demolished.

Amended proposals

The Comhairle has received changes to proposals to renovate and extend the existing dwelling at Cnoc Na Aighne, 3 Bornish.  The applicant William Doherty of Braeview, 3 Bornish, wishes to make variations to the consent he received in August 2021.
