Site a pod 

Planning consent is being sought to site a “caravan pod” on croft land at 5A Maraig. The applicant is Adrian Duncan, of the same address, who states that the pod is for use ancillary to the dwelling. The proposed works include the installation of a private drainage system.

Erect a wheelie bin enclosure

Richard and Catherine Blacklaws of Laburnum Grove, Shrewsbury, have requested planning permission to build an enclosure for five 240-litre wheelie bins at 1A Quidinish.

The enclosure will be finished with weathered larch and sited adjacent to the existing shared croft access.
