On Friday 18 March 2022, The Crofting Commission Elections 2022 were declared at the count in the Town House in Inverness.

The Western Isles:

• John MacAulay, Breanish, Uig, Isle of Lewis – 557 votes
East Highlands:

Rod MacKenzie was elected at stage 2
South West Highlands:
