House renovation and pod siting

Planning permission is being sought to renovate an old croft house at 3 Sollas and site two holiday pods.

Applicant, Mr Roderick, of 3 Sollas, wishes to replace the roof tiles with new tiles of the same design but a different colour.

The pods are to be sited at the side of the former croft house.
