Passengers travelling on the 10.30am sailing from Ullapool to Stornoway tomorrow morning (Monday 29 November) could be delayed by up to an hour, according to CalMac.
This is because the ferry, MV Loch Seaforth, needs to undergo an essential compass adjustment before the sailing can depart.
The vessel will load and depart for Stornoway as soon as the adjustment is completed, so CalMac is asking all passengers to check in as normal despite the potential delay.
There were additional sailings on the Stornoway-Ullapool and Uig-Lochmaddy-Tarbert routes today as the ferries caught up with traffic delayed by Storm Arwen cancellations.
Tomorrow (Monday 29 November) on the Maillaig Lochboisdale route MV Isle of Mull will continue to operate this service because of a delay in the annual overhaul programme,
The following amended timetable will operate –
Depart Lochboisdale – 08:05 (20 minutes early). Arrive Oban – 13:35
The 16:30 sailing from Oban is scheduled to operate as timetabled.
