Comhairle nan Eilean Siar has received notification of plans to erect a bulk animal feed storage silo at 1 Ahmor. The applicant, Mr Alastair Macdonald of the same address, intends to erect a six-metre tall structure to support a cone-shaped bulk feed container.
Erect a dwelling
Planning permission is being sought to erect a dwelling at 3 Trumisgarry, Clachan Sands, Lochmaddy.
The applicant, Mr Dougie Macdonald, of Aberdeen Rd, Allford, proposes building a one-storey two-bedroom home.
Demolish and erect
A derelict house at 1 Goular, Hougharry, is earmarked for demolition if a planning application is granted to build a new house on the site.
The applicant, Mr John Morrison, of Broomhill, Glasgow, is seeking planning consent to construct a two-storey three-bedroom timber-framed dwelling on the site.
Three glamping pods
Three timber glamping pods are set to be erected on Grimsay if the Comhairle gives the green light to a planning application.
Applicant, Mrs Emma Macleod of Caroline Terrace, Edinburgh, plans to erect the pods at Gearradubh. The pods will accommodate up to 12 people.
