Upgrade work is set to begin at Lochmaddy harbour next month.
A public meeting is being held tomorrow (Thursday 30 January) to update islanders on the programme of upgrade work.
Individuals are invited to drop in at any time during the meeting.
Work is expected to commence in mid-February 2020 and last for approximately a year.
CalMac will continue to operate ferry services.
Representatives from Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, CMAL, Wallace Stone and recently appointed contractor, L&M Keating, will attend the meeting to provide information and answer questions.
The event will take place tomorrow (Thursday 30 January) from 4pm until 7pm at Lochmaddy Community Hall.
