A moving new film featuring a young woman from the Western Isles is giving an insight into the lives of those people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in a region which has among the highest number of people affected by this condition in the world.

MS is a chronic neurological condition - an auto-immune disease - that affects each person differently. Symptoms are incredibly varied and no two cases of MS are the same.
