Lews Castle College is having another Open Day on  Friday September 1st from 9-5pm.  The event at its Stornoway campus aims to provide people with the opportunity to find out more about the college, UHI and the many opportunities on offer locally.

“We are conscious that the college and UHI’s main priority is provide people in our community with the opportunity to improve their skills and knowledge locally, and by doing this we can support local businesses and the local economy with an improved skills base,” said Mr Iain Macmillan, Principal Lews Castle College UHI.

“Our Open Day will provide people from throughout our community with the information to find out more about the wide range of opportunities available locally, whether they wish to sign up for a full-time course or try some part-time or on-line courses."
