Saturday 10th June is deadline to secure your place on the Hebridean Cycle Challenge Charity Cycle or HCC Walk on Saturday 17th June.
The charity cycle is from the Lochside Arena to Carloway Community Centre via A859, Bennadrove Road and Pentland Road. After refreshments the cycle entrants and bikes will be transported by bus back to the Lochside Arena.
The Charity Walk is two sections of Bonnet Laird Walk from Tolsta Chaolais to Carloway Community Hall. This is a new off road walk designed by Carloway Estate that will be led by trained guides from the estate. The entrants will meet in Carloway to be transported by bus to Tolsta Chaolais and will follow the route back to Carloway Community Hall.
The Hebridean Cycle Challenge and Charity Walk are organised by Lewis and Harris Youth Clubs Association and will be run in coordination with Carloway Estate Trust. It will be open to all public who are over 16 years of age.
