Police are appealing for information after windows were smashed at two Stornoway businesses on Saturday night. 

At around 11.25pm, a window at the Clydesdale bank on South Beach street and a window at Cambies Tea room on Cromwell Street were smashed by a person or persons unknown.  

The town was busy at the time, and police anticipate that someone will have seen who is responsible.
