A ladies circuits class held in Ionad Stoodie, Point, has raised over £700 and split this large sum between Macmillan Cancer Support and Bethesda, each receiving £360.

The class, run by fitness instructor Marina Murray, offers something new to ladies in Point and provides an opportunity to increase overall health and fitness while also giving the chance for people to come together and have fun. The classes, which have been running for sometime, also gave the group the opportunity to give something back to the community by collecting all the profits for charity.
