Isle of Lewis

New Grandstand, Knock, Point

Point Sport and Recreation Association has applied for planning permission to replace the current 50-seat grandstand in New Garrabost with a 100-seat grandstand. 

New house, Sandwick

Cameron and Amy Rigg of Clach Steinn, Lower Bayble, have applied for planning permission to build a house with install an air source heat pump at 2 Stoneyfield, Sandwick. Work will include creating 2 parking spaces and a new access.

New Polycrub, Bragar

Richard Glenslade of 38 South Bragar has applied for planing permission to erect a polycrub at 38 South Bragar. The polycrub is to be 12 metres long, 4 metres wide and 2.5 metres tall. 

Install HVDC Interconnector, Arnish

Marne Scotland has applied for planning permission to install an HVDC interconnector below the level of Mean High Water Springs at Sub Sea Cable 2, Arnish. 

New agricultural building and croft access, Dalbeg

Angus Macarthur of 2 Dalbeg has applied for planning permission to erect a new agricultural building and install a croft access at 2 Dalbeg. The building is to be 18.3 metres long, 13.7 metres wide and 5 metres tall. The walls and roof are to be made of box profile sheeting in the colour slate blue. 

New house, Achmore

Paul Neilson has applied for planning permission to erect a house with air source heat pump and a detached garage at 24A Achmore. House is to include a lounge/kitchen area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and plant room, and a snug. There will also be a vaulted area over the lounge. Work will also include creating parking for 2 cars.

Isle of Harris

Extend house and change use

Derek Robertson of 4 Lammermuir Place, Kirkcaldy,  has applied for planning permission to extend existing house at Enfield House, Ardinashaig, Scalpay, and change the use from dwelling house to bed & breakfast.
