Work is to include creating an access to the road and parking suitable for 3 cars. House will have two bedrooms on the ground floor with two en-suite bathrooms, one main bathroom, and a kitchen/dining/living area with pantry. The first floor is to consist of a study/spare bedroom, and the master bedroom with en suite and infrared sauna. There will also be an attached garage.

Scottish Salmon Company has applied for planning permission to install 5m high poles to support bird protection nests at Marine Site, Trilleachan Mor Fish Farm, Loch Seaforth, Maraig.
